Unexpected Early Dismissal of School: On some school days, it is necessary to dismiss students before the end of the regular school day, for example, when a building loses its heat or in the event of a storm which becomes much worse than expected. Whenever elementary schools are to be dismissed unexpectedly, at an early hour, every effort will be made to notify parents of the dismissal through public radio, television announcements.
